I first heard about Insurance Concepts when my mother-in-law had flooding at her condo in Provo and I saw how excellent Andy was in working with her. I contacted Andy for some quotes and ended up switching our cars, UTV, and home insurance over to Insurance Concepts. Over the years, they have been amazing to work with. They are quick (!) to reply to any questions I've sent their way and to update policies to reflect purchases, sales, new drivers, etc. I like that they have a variety of providers to work with, so they can provide good coverage and premiums for any situation. Most of the time, insurance works in the background to give you peace of mind and cover your liabilities; however, it gets really important when you're in an accident, and that's when you can really see if the coverage you have is up to snuff. I'm pleased to say that when we found ourselves in that unfavorable circumstance, Andy and Maddie were there for us. Recently, one of our daughters graduated from college and got her own car and insurance policy. I recommended that she work with Insurance Concepts because they have been so good to us.
